This project begins with detailed client research to understand how Patricia and Nicole live, what they value, and how their home must function. Using this information, a comprehensive program was developed, outlining spatial needs, adjacencies, lifestyle priorities, and aesthetic direction for a luxury condominium in Midtown Atlanta. The resulting design blends modern refinement with creative expression, creating a personalized and harmonious home for both clients.
